I went to the Westwood office to try to talk to them directly, and I guess a lot of people had similar issues. It was so packed the wait was well over 2 hours!

Wow. I've had to go only once to the office, and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to see a rep (10-15 minutes). Nightmare on top of nightmare for you.
