I’m probably the minority here, but I don’t mind open container as so long it’s got a cover on it with secure lid. I just pretend I don’t see it and don’t mention it with the pax. See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.

Most states if it's an open container inside, it's the responsibility of the driver no matter what even if they don't know about it. You're risking an open container ticket.

Unless you have a hard partition that can be sealed completely off for the rear seat Most states will ticket you for open containers.

I've seen other videos of drivers kicking pax out and the pax starts swinging from behind .. so this was a peaceful eject. It can go wrong quickly though.

his problem was his original response

he shoulda just said "im sorry, i cant allow alcohol in my car, i cant afford a ticket"

then if she says the same thing its "im sorry im not going to be able to give you a ride" then grab his phone and start recording while going to their door and after they get out, close the door so they cant slam it

thats how you handle a pax kick out
