I picked up 3 High school kids this morning and went to the destination, where I was told just the boy was getting out, and the 2 girls were going to another school.

It was still dark so I drove and dropped them at their school.

How do I get the money for the extra distance I drove?

When did you end the trip? It doesn't matter what the original destination was or what was entered. It only matters when/where you start and when/where you end the trip.

If you ended the trip at the first drop off, submit a help ticket -->
I had an issue with the fare --> I didn't begin or end the trip on time --> Comment: Double drop off.
They should fix it.

Never start a trip until they are in the care, and never end it until they all get out.
