U made a thread about this? Anyone who been driving uber for a while will eventually have some rides that will have a stop at a dispensary. Not a big deal. It's legal

One of my 1st rides was taking someone to the dispensary.

How is this any different than driving to the liquor store? They are both legal.

Only downside with the dispensary if it's a "wait for me" kind of situation is the wait. In most dispensaries, you are let in one at a time, meaning you could be as long as 20 minutes in the waiting area. As far as the MMJ, I couldn't care less, as long as they don't try to smoke it in the car, and everything is sealed. Last thing I need is my next pax complaining to Uber "Car smelled like weed".

immediately suggest to drive customers to the nearest states where marijuana is legally available such as Denver where you can really get high now

what I do when a customer wants to or start smoking crack I tell them either it goes out the window or they do make your choice quickly

Could a medical marijuana stop for pax leave us open to any possible liability? I'm asking here because this green area is still a grey area legally (federal vs local, etc.) I'm sure it's no big deal, but hey, I'm here to learn.

what I learned in a fraternity in college is if you eat the marijuana before they see the evidence it would take a court order in order for them to empty the contents of your stomach most won't hassle with that especially if they themselves are smoking pot they took off People Like Us
