You don't make that up, I can understand and believe that a passenger got drunk and hugged a driver... but hugging a passenger is just a no-no. You don't even "SUGGEST" hugging them.

That weirdo deserved getting deactivated for that.

This wasn't me. It was my pax telling me about another driver she had. The driver should not have done what he did. However a pax could also easily make up a story to get free rides.
