picked up a couple. Guy and girl. The chick had a starbucks coffee and they both sat in the back. I drove back home and saw the mess. It was still wet so it had to be them. I did pick up a couple with coffee too but that was like 3 hours before ... The stain was still wet and warm, so im 100 percent sure it was her

I requested a cleaning fee .do i have a legit case?

Let this be a lesson, don't rate until you have taken a look in the back for trash, spills or dirt.

I will learn from this and ask pax to have to stoppers in their lids.

You can always email uber and have five star rating replaced

no trips completed . that was my last one. i did it just so uber will see that the spill affected my rest of the day. I was doing pretty good, $80 bux in 3 hours, had to cut it short

Based on my experience, the cleaning team will probably also ask for receipt of the cleaning that was done. So make sure you keep that and send it to them too!

They've changed how the cleaning fee amount is paid out several times. The last that I know of was a tiered system, not reimburse for actual cost by the cent. I believe there are 4 tiers, up to $200 (anything over $200 would need to be submitted as a claim). So if you spent $80 on cleaning cost, they could reimburse you for $100 since that's the closest tier that would cover your cost. You can try asking for "lost time," but I've never seen a successful one go through.
