Last ride Saturday night. Started with 7 pax wanting to get in my XL. I said no, only six. 2 stayed behind. At the end of the ride, I noticed one of the Pax had pucked all over himself, his GF and in my truck. I called them out for not telling me. Called support immediately, reported the incident indicating that I had the entire ride on video from start to finish. I didn't want a cleaning fee but wanted to make them aware that pax threated to report me. Today, Monday, no pings all day. Any ideas? Rebooted, reloaded the app.......
Pax puked in my car. Reported immediately to Uber. No pings since. Unofficial Deactivation?

Sounds like a temporary deactivation while they investigate. You'll be good in a day or so. You should have gotten that cleaning fee tho...

I need to get back to work. Most of the puke was on him and his GF. I saw only a drop on the door thershold and a few drops on the seat. I keep cleaning supplies in my truck and got it cleaed up quickly. Thank god no smell. In the AM, I found a couple of dried bits of food and a small stain between the seat I had missed in the darkness of midnight. Cleaned those up and it passed the wife's smell test.
Ok, so stopped off at a GL after nearly 48 hours of no pings. Got out of my truck and just a few feet from the GH door, bang, I get a ping for a Select ride a couple of miles way. Pings all day and into the evening. Coincidence or did the machines sense I was going to get it resolved in a few feet and start to pinging me again? Wierd shit.

Sometimes when I stop getting pings, I find that I had it in XL only mode.

If you think you're deactivated, sign out of the app and then shut down. Re-open and try to sign on again. If it let's you, you're not deactivated.
Uber has no benefit by not telling you.
WTF you left money on the table.
I had someone who puked mostly on himself but still had the rancid smell in the car. I was done for the night but it didn't photograph very well so I knew Rohit wouldn't pay for the smell alone, he's visual.
I found out that apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal using about 1/2-3/4 of the water makes VERY nasty looking pics but has no aroma and is easy to clean off.
Got my $150 I was due.

Seriously, lesson learned ALWAYS ask for the cleaning fee. Niceness does not get rewarded.

Definitely advice to remember, given that I almost always have that cinnamon apple oatmeal in the kitchen.
I keep 2 packets in the center console
The pax or pax’s file a bogus complaint to get out of a cleaning fee most likely, I don’t pickup drunks anymore because it’s not worth the aggravation of listening to them whine and possibly puking. Remember people in general don’t give a rats ass about drivers.
