PAX low rate - do we see them again?

Maybe - I complained to uber about pax that I gave a 1 star and csr said I would not see them again. 2 days later request from same pax at same address. I didn't accept. Perhaps csr just said that or because it was only 2 days later may not have circulated through the hierarchy yet. Just cancel if you see them again.
