PAX low rate - do we see them again?

If driving for UBER we rate a PAX low, like (1* or 2*), or they rate us bad, ar we match again? Are we gonna see them again?

Unless you complain to uber about them and uber says they won't pair you again yes you can get them again. I have been pinged by pax I gave 1 * to.

As far as the pax not getting you if they rate you low, I suspect you can still be matched up, but don't know for sure.
