This could be an opportunity for they driver to make Uber look great! It's a feel good moment, when the passenger reunites with their valued item. However, Uber does not show any gratitude when we do the right thing. It's like they think we make 50-60 K a year. The Passengers are sometimes generous and grateful. Other times they just say thanks and you get a warm feeling all over that you did a good deed. It's all just another day in the life of an Uber driver.
