Pax injuried while entering to your car

Lady pax P....(just intitial for legal/privacy reason) bumped her finger while entering to my car this morning at Fairmount hotel. She did swear at me and got out. I had to end the trip asking Uber "do not charge rider". 3 hours later, I received an e-mail from Uber saying my account was being held while investigating the accident. I had to fill out their form saying my side of the event. Of course I had dash cam that could hopefully save my day and week. Someone picked up the lady pax at Fairmount hotel today? I had a woman slip of a curb and hit her face on the edge of my door. I wound up taking her and her group to the ER. She ended up needing a plastic surgeon and getting around 200 stitches. It cut her from her scalp to her chin...

I reported it to Uber who in turn suspended my account, had me fill out an accident report and take pictures of my car.

I received a call right away from uber and was back online after I submitted pics.

I suggest you take pictures now, all four sides and make it a collage so you only have to submit one picture.

Man, I had forgotten about that, how the hell does that happen?

Have I really become this insensitive... hmmm. :/

Maybe my brain blocked blocked it out to protect me. I think I'll go with that.
