Pax asked Can you turn off your dash cam?

I pulled over and said "$15 right NOW or GTFO".
He handed me a $20, told him he'll get his change from the meter upon destination.

About a mile from destination, he starts up again.
"This ride only $15, right?"
I replied "it's $20 if you keep playing like that, plus a potential beatdown. I am Blanco Loco. You think you can mess with Blanco Loco esse?".
He didn't. He couldn't. Tipped me $2 for a $19 ride total.
