I had a pax want a round trip today, when we got to the destination we waited for a his mate who never came. I could have ended the trip after I decided not to wait. He handed me his phone I thought let’s see what happens if I cancel his end, Bingo !! it came up with rate driver straight away. So there we go if you boot out a pax and they cancel or you cancel won’t make a difference. They can still rate you, period!
Anyways we don’t know our rating any more with the new app, not sure if you knew but it’s no longer working. Uber confirmed this. You can check it too, the stats don’t change, no mater how many trips you do. Not sure how I feel about this. Basically pax still rates you and we have no idea now. Kind of like support asking me every other day how I feel about driving Uber? Without any return feedback. I feel like im a sick person and they measure my temperature every other day, stupid kids behind a keyboard. Welcome to the future - working for freakin algorithms.
