I've had racist pax before. It's not pleasant, but they're only going to be in your car for maybe 10 min. I had a racist on one trip spouting all this nonsense, pointing at black people on the street and saying things that I wouldn't want to repeat, so I switched up the music to a bunch of blues and reggae and drove kinda slow to make sure he had to listen to the black music while we went. I told him I had to listen to that kind of music to focus while driving and he was getting really antsy in the back seat.... squirming around and blushing like I had put him in time-out in grade school. That gave me a lot of satisfaction. He arrived at his destination safely, got a low rating... but was delivered to his home without issue. I even told him to have a nice night as Buffalo Soldier played on the car stereo.
