It's a shame if you are deactivated if someone rode in your car with weed on their person.

Don’t worry get a piss test ASAP. Got fake dwi report few months ago they let it go in about 3 days.
piss test for what isn't that one we give the tlc already enough

Every other pax stinks of weed in the City.
Uber should know this by now also weed stays in your system so you can go get tested and use that to sue them if they drop you over this.

I know what happened, you let the air coming in from the exterior and this is the mistake that everyone shouldnt do, in the AC parameter, push the button inside air circulation, dont let the air come from outside because nyc stink and the people smoke weed everywhere
When you feel/realize or smell why don't you stop the car and ask him to get out of Car .cancel the trip right away and ask him politely that you are not comfortable with him so as he/she leaves call Dara Customer Specialist.
If someone drop weed between the seats or floor the smells doesn't go easy away .wat driver had to do with the smell .if Uber disconnect you for this sue them immediately .. you are not responsible for any pax smell ...heavy alcohol are the same the smell it start for awhile
With this deasease never recilculate the air .I'm doing that only when I pass by Central Park South because of those horse smell
