Hi all, this is my first time on trying this out to be with me if I'm in the wrong area or if I'm doing something wrong in general.

I've been having a lot of issues with my driver app to the point where is freezing up on me in the background but everything seems to appear fine wiles looking at it , just wondering if anyone else has been having a lot of issues with their app and if so what they've done to fix it ?

Australian Uber Guy, try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, delete the app and reinstall it.

Additional comment:

Also ensure that your phone is optimal for the Uber driver's app. Uber recommends the iPhone 5 or newer or an Android device running 5.0 or newer. See https://uberpeople.net/threads/iphone-4-4s-and-ios-8.94667/.
Thank you so much for your reply. I have uninstalled the app close to 10 x in just this past month, and yet keep coming up with this issue. Although saying that.... today it seems to be working well. I have a iPhone 7 Plus running the latest iOS version.
