Partner App Hangs

The last couple days my partner app just hangs before fully starting. Android phone. Sometimes I can get it to work by turning off location and then when the app starts it completes. I know at least one other driver has the problem because an Uber rider told me he had an Uber driver complaint about the app today. Uber help doesn't care.
Is it just me?
