Are there any other drivers who have filed for unemployment and have been found to be an EMPLOYEE of Uber?
Thinking about legal options considering that as an employee, I should be due compensation for my incurred expenses, as well as for having been misclassified as an independent contractor. If there are a few of us, perhaps this lends more strength to a suit. If you are a driver or former drivers who has been deemed an Employee of Uber by the EDD, please contact me. Just trying to see if there are others with this classification at this time.
