What?? Which company? Just got my renewal with Intact and looks like 100% those vultures are getting their money. (My insurance did go down $50/month so small victory I guess)
Also, you might want to contact your ins. company first thing tomorrow to make sure there wasn't an error. If you miss a payment I hear it is a major strike that can get you kicked and will be super hard to find anything cheap after that.
Ye they usually take my money the 18th of each month it's now the 26th and still haven't touched my money, I hope it's not an error cause I've been with them for 3 years and they always take it on time. I'm really hoping its cause of the covid 19 lock down! But you're right I'll give em a call and see what the issue is, thanks!

Well my car insurance came out on the 16th and my house insurance came out yesterday.
I doubt these get suspended, and to be frank... if there was one thing I wanted to keep paying it would be insurance, so those bastards don’t use this whole thing as a way to increase rates somehow.

My insurance money get withdrawn every 23rd of each month (AVIVA through RBC), I called them on the 20th and It was late to defer it cz was already sent!
Agent said they always allow 2 deferrals per year for 10 days, but because of COVID they will allow 30 days, so I’ll have my April payment deferred.

After 30 days you have to pay both months together.

It was an error on thier end, damnit! Thanks for the heads up to call them, I would've been screwed with penalties and late fee payments if it wasnt for you.
