i just got an email from Uber saying riders can now give us feedback while on a trip. What else will they do to screw the drivers.

We're making it easier for your riders to provide feedback
Soon, at any time during a trip, your rider will be able to leave a rating, compliment, or tip. This shouldn’t be a big change, and you may receive more ratings, which could mean more tips for you.

Why would any rider want to rate before the trip was over?

Can pax still change ratings? I noticed Uber took away that ability from drivers. Now when you try to change a rating it gives you a "rate better next time" message.

They can rate you multiple times while the trip is ongoing.

• "You were 5 minutes away when I pinged you. You need to be closer next time! 1*!"
• "You just hit a pothole! 1*!"
• "Did you just burp? 1*!"
• "You're going 1 mph over the speed limit! 1*!"
• "You're going 1 mph under the speed limit! 1*!"
• "You should be driving a Toyota Prius. You're polluting the earth! 1*!"
• "There's too much traffic! 1*!"
• "No mints? No water? 1*!"

No, pax can no longer change them either.
