On my way to the eye doctor!

Today, working DTS, I get a request. Roll up, luggage at outside at the curb but no 45 minute notification. Load up the folks, none of which spoke English, verify name swipe start and see the destination is Rockaway NJ. Nice hour+ ride with pox chattering away in Soo Chow but pleasant! But that is not the high point of this ride! The high point was the 5-6 TLC cars that I passed on the parkway all heading towards nyc and all were EMPTY!! On the way back down route 80 I saw another couple of them and they were empty also! MaybeGoober is actually making good on the TLCs in NJ.

Spoke to an black/SUV, TLC driver last night, he told me he received 0 calls in NJ for the last week.

Only Wednesday did he start getting calls again in NJ. He is on both Uber and Lyft platforms.

Got a jfk last night too. No "long trip" warning.

Route 80 from Rockaway to 280 to GSP a straight shot, too early for traffic, made it in under an hour. So nearly $100 in two hours driving with a dead head back DTS. Not great but it beats a blank everyday.
