I have attached morning bonus offer from ola.

I completed 7 rides before 9am and accepted the 8th ride before 9am but completed at 09.05.

Called support, the first person said i should be entitled to the full £40 as its based on when you accept the rides. The second time i called, i was told i will not receive the £40 as all rides need to be completed before 9am.

I am not getting anywhere with them. Does anyone know the correct policy?

never saw this kind of offer. Anyway If it says complete between 6-9 that mean you wouldn’t get £40. All the apps does this cheat on driver. They write the code they allocate the job driver cannot See how they manipulate. You will be successful one or twice then it will be over hanging banana 🍌.
I would suggest work with postcode and fare-less stress!

Thats the thing, it does not say “complete” just what you see is what they say.

TBH i get bonus from ola or kapteN most mornings but i have to be in zone 2. Otherwise they just play games!
