If it crash to that extent and it a write off i just replace it mate

It doesn't hurt me one bit it sucks for the driver though since he/she still locked to the car. I just get another driver sign up to the new car. It an added incentive not to write off the car so the drivers seem to take extra good care of the car they do get

they so afraid to get into an accident or break the car that they usually just baby it around.
They know straight up if they fk the car up and it no longer usable and they are out of the Ola platform. Hard for a driver just to do Uber when the competition is providing lots of work and pays a lot better. It not good for the big boy rental car companies offering daily leases or weekly leases that focuses more on short term leasing in which case all their fleet is locked out of Ola. When I focus on 1-2 year contracts though it not much of a worry in having cars "locked out".
Once established they probably start doing what Uber does and have "change" option but they could go the other way and offer "pay to change" which makes things complicated but if that the only option that the only option

3rd could be that they are looking at developing their own fleet of lease cars with unlimited change option and lease directly out to drivers at very competitive prices. Maybe in the works of 2020?
In which case I'll exit and sell off at seven figure sum. Not exactly that hard of a worker or stupid to go up against someone that controls the supply line Jobs/Riders. Game Set Match for even the big boys if Ola decides to go that route after they capture a bit more of Uber market shares. Uber has a weak track record of staying and fighting when they get outmatched. Much of Asia it has already pulled out from and a lot of Europe too. I don't think much pressure would be required for Uber to leave Oz market
In which case only Ola be left standing. Taxify i don't see surviving. But hey they might
