Ohio Uber driver accused of raping female passenger

Sakin initially dropped the woman off at her home, but she left her keys and cellphone in his vehicle. When he returned, he had sex with the woman but she wa too drunk to consent, court documents show.

C'mon. Leaving something behind is an obvious sign that she's interested, and if you ask me, that's consent right there!

If you know your intentions are not in it to do ridesharing and all your concern is on getting your next fix (quick cash, fullfill your personal fantasy unabridged) then simply don't do it..say yes you get deactivated after your offense then what about our other fellow drivers who do this for a living to put food on their no matter they have to work for that extra 200 to 800 a week
