Turkey Reuben Sandwich ($25.45), Steak cut fries ($7.45) and drink (($3). She said there would be a line out the door but to text her fiance and he would have someone run it out to me. No wait in line. Felt like VIP.

It was a stacked airport request. No 45min notification. At 10am on Sunday, no traffic. Ride was only 2:52 mins but we stopped for gas and the bathroom. I take short trips all the time. It's nice to occasionally get away from the city on a Sunday. Made just under $350 Sunday in 13hrs so I'll take it.. The NY trip helped. Wouldn't make that in RI otherwise.

40 dollar difference from boston rates. Would have been 170 for the 6.5 hours from Boston and Boston would have been more miles than the 174 he drove I believe. I'd do it for 170 to 200 bucks. Would be like making 30hr in the city except its 1 pax and all highway cruising. Car doesnt take a beating on city streets and less gas. The 130 is still 20hr so I might consider it but I wouldnt be too happy about it

Ez drive, we had great conversation, excellent $35 lunch. It was worth it. The good start motivated me to stay out all day and try making a decent amount.

Now I know that rate/earnings from BOS LOGAN to NY, NY - I wouldn't have done it. I don't mind dropping off at Logan but for pick-ups, not for me. But if you had a good time doing it then hats off to ya.

You look at 1 ride. I look at my total at the end of the day no matter where I drive. Made more this Sunday then I have all year long regardless of time. If I didn't take that ride I might have stopped, went home and spent the day on the couch. Instead the ride gave me extra motivation to make it a lucrative day.

They sell a sandwich fries and a drink(did they give you a pile of pickles) for $36. The ingredients cost them about $9.

You drove 350 miles round trip in 6 1/2 hours burned gas( how much did you get credited for the RFK Bridge toll?) It’s $13 for ezpass round trip. And you made $130.00.

I think I’ll go into the sandwich business.

For me, that would be a bad trip. The true takeaway is that it only was worth around $20 per hour (with perhaps some recoup on the mileage deduction at tax time). No $$ tip (I'm sure the food was nice, but that doesn't pay the bills). And normally I'm working on a Quest, so only getting 1 ride in a 6-7 hour window really hurts in trying to get the Quest bonus.

If you negotiated a cash tip upfront (say $250), then maybe. Otherwise, no way.

Next time set your rules, ask for a upfront tip, they can Venmo you for insurance and safety purpose.

That may be the worst trip I have ever seen posted. You can work at a supermarket and make more than that and get benefits. Whole Foods starts at 15 per hour.
