Been at home for a week and just mad...however, my wife suggested working at her work..doing caregiving...I took the offer and called the agent:
The lady told me the need more people because the just open a new home...

Pros:1. I will have a job
2. I don’t have to commute 60 miles to work
3. $13.5 per hour
4: Will save my car and don’t have to worry about many more miles and possible car replacement for Rideshare:
5: I like elderly people, and doing this job will make my life fulfilled:
6: 12 hours shift....I worked almost 14 doing Uber just to make 200$ daily...minus gas $40:

Cons: Not my own boss any more:
Exposure: But we are already exposed doing RS

Do you think I should take it?

Your number 6.
I was dying laughing.

Dude, you sat on your butt barely moving for 1 hours. Yes, barely moving, as in almost no physical exertion.
You thinking 2 hrs less but on your feet and constantly moving will be "less work".
Seriously dying laughing at this.
You are going to be wrecked after your first 8 hrs begging to be allowed to die at 10 and just, forgive me, wishing you had died when you have to wake up less than 10 hours after you get home so you can go do it all over again.

But I advise you should take the job and look at it as forced exercise that you get paid to do.

It sounds like something you’d enjoy doing and an area that definitely needs people. My friend has been a CNA for many years. Her benefits are awesome. She has job security, and now tons of O/T with time and a half.

Most fast food in my area only pays $9/hr; whereas a CNA or now called PCA start around $12-13/hr. But in time, you’ll get raises, and you won’t incur so much expenses with your car.

Thanks...that is what I am thinking...do it for the time been and I can quit any time if I don't wanna do it any more: I will do 3 days and use the rest to figure other things to do:

Compared to how much you would be making and placing yourself in a potentially exposed position, I say DO IT!
I think when this is all over and we're back to normal, you'll be proud of your choice.

Missed you buddy
ah, thanks. U r so sweet to notice. I get my load of virus new in the morning and coming here seems to be mostly the virus, so I preferred to stream myself to la la land to avoid taking in even more virus news. Not exactly like this joint is uplifting at all.

I did do my ant thing and was online 2 hours each day last week; weekends I don't drive anyway. Monday I'll do the same; if no pings, fine; if decent pings it gets me OUT of the house. First week of lockdown and I'm beginning to go nuts....
