I went to work last Saturday and the entire city was surging. After driving around for 30 minutes I realized something is up — I noticed the circle that shows your trip options was empty and grey and it just said “open to some trips”.
I tried resetting my trip preferences but had not luck. When I turn on the deliveries the circle does go green and it says “open to all trips”. Tried reinstalling the app and resetting network settings. Nothing has fixed this issue for me.
Any tips? I went online for an hour today (I live downtown and should have gotten a request) but nothing came up.
