I live in Monaca, which is in beaver county. About 40 minutes north on 376. Rarely do I receive pings around here. Every time I drive now, it is always towards the city. Does anyone have any input on where else I could go?

I live in washington and it's an absolute graveyard for uber here. Some action at the meadows but that's about it. If I want to make any money I have to come into the city, that's just the way it is. If I'm lucky I will get a wash county ping from someone heading into the city. That always puts a smile on my face cause I'm headed that way anyways so might as well make money on the way into the city.

Uber & Lyft were blocked in Beaver Co. until Nov. 2016 when the state law making rideshare legal was passed. Prob. most people just don't know it's available. College students are the early adopters & will use it, so if you're near a campus outside the city, you'll get pings especially on the college bar nights. Sometimes they look for rides, but there are no drivers around. Or they don't know it's available in the area. If you really wanted to hustle, promote yourself on a campus & at college bars.

I bet that is nice while you are heading in to city anyways. I have not been as fortunate yet to have that. How far time and mileage is it to city
Takes me about 30 minutes to get to the city. I usually pick up a passenger or two on the way in. If not in wash county then usually in the south hills. The destination filter helps for sure.
