Have other drivers in PHOENIX not received/been offered an UberX Quest/RideShare Promotions for this weekend, Friday, 11/25/2022, 4A, to Monday, 11/28/2022, 4A? I called Support and was told other drivers have reported the same issue, and there is a delay with them being issued. I had another Support representative tell me that NO UberX Quests Promotions are available this week in Phoenix. I find this hard to believe being there have been Quests offered twice a week every week since I started driving Uber full-time in September 2021.

Furthermore, I do UberEats and UberConnect, too. Even though ALL trip types fall under the Uber "Trip" umbrella and QUALIFY AND COUNT TOWARD THE QUESTS, Uber has introduced an algorhythym that tracks the trip type and if you fall below a certain threshold with Uber Rideshares and end up doing more deliveries, your account is "opted-in" to the UberEats promotions, which are by far, inferior compared to Uber Rideshare. Then you have to call and have it switched BEFORE the Quest starts otherwise, you'll miss out and won't have a Quest for that week!

It's highly illegal for Uber to do this because Uber did not acquire driver's consent beforehand and there was not meeting of the minds, etc.

I drive in Phoenix. it's a holiday weekend. They did the same thing NYE weekend. Historically Quests come and go, they aren't guaranteed. Prior to the pandemic, we rarely saw them. Now that driver levels are getting back to pre pandemic levels, I'm sure they are testing the waters.

Same in New York. They do that alot around holidays but it normally surges a lot, so it make up for it. At least that's how it works in my market.

There were no Quests before the pandemic, now it's getting back to normal. Welcome to the world of ants.
Fact's. Alot of new driver's don't understand that. All the years I've driven before the pandemic, I've only seen 2 quest. 1 when you sign up and 1 when Uber became legal in my market and they gave 1 for new driver's and existing driver's for the new market opening.

I finished a Quest last night, but was offered no Quests or Boost for this weekend, at none that I could see on my phone. The only think I see are Boosts for Sun City/Surprise that don't start until Tuesayd, 8P. Yet, the rep told me today there are quite a few available to me now. I don't understand why I cannot see them on my end. ODD!

I am having issues with logging in to the Uber App, too. I keep getting "Login denied. We are unable to log you in at this time. Please contact support for further assistance." Trace ID: 2691f575-6464-4f7b-82cd-9628ce891613" with the option to press "Start Over" or "Contact Support". I had this issue earlier in the week. I don't know what's causing this.I have a Samsung Galaxu S21..anyone have suggestions?

No clue about the login issues, but NO ONE received a weekend Quest in Phoenix, so you are not alone. Based on the responses it appears most, if not all, of the country didn't get a weekend Quest. I haven't received a Quest offer for Monday-Thursday next week yet either... usually they have dropped by now.

Without a quest... as there are almost no surges or boosts... it is not worth working for Uber. I have been making 1/2 to 2/3 what I used to with the new upfront. Take away the quest and it is game over.

Hello. Did you receive a Quest offering on Wed/Thurs (12/21 or 12/22) for this weekend starting Friday, 12/23/2022, at 4:00 a.m. and ending Monday, 12/26/2022, at 4:00 a.m.? Have you received a Quest offering for the first part of this week, starting Monday, 12/26/2022, at 4:00 a.m., and ending Friday, 12/30/2022, at 4:00 a.m.? I have received NO quest offering for this week, and I received nothing for this weekend. So, my income this week has no bonus monies.... straight fares and tips. I am back down to a Blue Status. Is this because my acceptance rate is at 69% and my cancellation rate at 12%??

No. No one in Phoenix has received a Quest for the time periods you listed. Your driver status has nothing to do with it. I am currently at Diamond status and have no incentives this week like everyone else.
You seem to think that Uber/Lyft offer incentives every single week. Welcome to reality.

Yes, I know Uber offers incentives every week, or at least it use too. Yet, the incentives it has been offering lately have been absolute shit. Like $40.00 for 60 trips, which was a "Rides Only" quest. Screw that! Not worth my time to turn off deliveries as deliveries can be as much and more than a Ride Share fare. I do both everything but UberPet. It will take no time for me to get back to my Diamond status, which means I have to accept everything, including the crap rides.... drive 10 miles for a 5 mile ride. But, oh well, it is what it is.
