I just got guarantees for next week around 2pm...3 hour earlier than the usual 445pm to 5pm.. No PDB however.. I'm hoping it's still there without needing notification.
I asked Uber support straight up... Am I still enrolled in power driver rewards?
5 different reps could not answer the question. Two gave me the same cut and paste reply (different partners get different guarantees) , one said I didn't opt in, one asked for a screenshot of the PDB, and one told me to keep accepting trips and they'll inform me if I'm still enrolled on the next statement...
These reps are more incompetent than I thought lol. They didn't know that the PDB did not need opting into..
