That's more of the GPS and Google's fault than the pax. You see, Uber gets the address from Google Maps, Google Maps get the address from the GPS on your smartphone. If the GPS sends not so accurate coordinates to Google Maps or Google Maps flubs on their side, it is common to get an address on the other side of the street.

What should have been done is that the pax should have checked the address and manually altered it by physically looking at the street numbers. But let's be honest, we all know Uber pax are the dumbest.

I get that completely. But I was on the right side of the street he was on the wrong side of the street. He's the idiot obviously. Look at your app and look at the address behind you.

Actually it's not ubers fault. It's the stupid pax. You can input the address and not use the pin. When using the pin it can move when they hit the pin but ignorant pax don't understand that. I use the bar on top to input the physical address and I always get picked up at the right address.
