I wish/hope it's like that in the whole country. I've seen too many of these video clips that are so biased. The latest example is the one where the driver loses with the lady at the hospital. She seemed calm in the video, but we don't know what transpired during the ride. She could have been really busting chops.

Total BS.

I think it's pretty clear she was deliberately baiting the driver. But he shouldn't have lost it to the degree he did. We all need dash cams or a dash cam app on the phone.

Pax are protected under the first amendment. We are not.

The audio recording laws are really directed at wiretapping as that was their original intent. The laws are not keeping up with technology or society.

These days it's safe to assume you're being recorded any time you're outside your home.

Lyft has some management issues, ya it may be good right now having it follow Lyft line prime time but in the end the product will suffer. Pax will get stung for a $100 ride because they can't do math and never use it again when they could of had a $25 ride

Thank you very much for these. Should I just tape it to the inside of window? Maybe laminate it? I had my car broken into recently they busted out the window when I ran into target five minutes to use the restroom. They stole my purse, wallet all contents including $200. Finally paid to get my window replaced $180. Anyway, if thieves see this sign will they bust the window again to steal my camera? I'm paranoid now. Target got crooks on DVD but cops never bothered to pick it up from target security. Low priority I guess.

What Fuber and Lyft need to do is send a revised end user agreement, stating any recording device can not be used while using the service. Reports of unauthorized recordings will be deactivated from service platform. You can't go into a supermarket with a camera equipment, federal building, and concerts. Like anything else lately with the police brutality THEY ONLY RECORD WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO SEE. We will never know why this driver waited for this customer ALLOWED her to control the situation and then lost his control and his job.
