There is no boost between 2-6 pm all NJ for this week?

I've been doing Uber Eats in NJ since November of last year, and I have never had a boost.......ever. I have seen two separate posters talk about having boosts in NJ this week, though, so either they are blowing smoke or some people get them and some don't.

UBER is getting ready to launch its IPO so boosts will probably disappear everywhere !
