This has happened 3 times now, and each time I get more and more agitated.

You have a full house of pax and dropping off the first one. The second/third pax insists to be dropped off because "they just wanted to go over there", not understanding that I need to drop off them in order. They get our anyway at a light, next thing I know there's an attitude report. Only thing with an attitude is my playlist.

The remaining pax gave me a lovely tip, but since it was surging for all 3 I missed out on potentially more. I was also working on incentives; but next time that happens I'm more than willing to break it over Pool.

My favorite is pool requests who get in and demand i decline more pax because they're running late.
Reading this makes me sooooooooo thankful I'm not driving anymore. Nothing like sitting in gridlock traffic with an impatient pax and then finding that you made less than $6 for your troubles. No thank you. I'll panhandle before I do that again.

Sometimes we get a 1 star unfairly
Sometimes we earn a 1 star

Definitely worth breaking any incentive/trip/whatever to prove a point every now and then.

Basically when pool riders complain about things, I blame Uber... I'll tell them that I can get fired from uber if I don't follow what the app tells me. I'll also tell them that if they choose UberX that they will always get a private car.

Pull to the side of the road and let him or her out immediately. Ride is over, go get your next FUBER POOL FARE.

If a pool pax demands I don't pick up anyone else, they get my full 1 star service. I go the opposite direction and wait 5 minutes for a phantom second passenger. Heater on full blast in the summer with the windows locked. Then go 10 below the limit and purposely try to get stuck in traffic.
If I'm getting 1 star I want to earn it.
Those are the pax I never want to use Uber again. I want someone to miss their flight and spend a lot more for another flight than they saved by being cheap
