So my driver app says new update available. But when I click on the update there is none. Just another glitch hopefully it doesn't screw with my ability to earn money

Why would it affect your ability to use money. It takes two updates before the old one doesn't work

2 really ok. My point is there is no current update available. Even though it says so. And I have seen other glitches disable the app

Mine is the same. Its shown to update within the Uber app, but the play store shows to open or uninstall i.e no updates to perform.

I went through it with customer support for a good portion of today. Five emails that I had to send them until I finally got someone who could actually read what I was writing and understood what I was asking. Yes it's a glitch. Yes they know about it. Well, apparently some of them know about it. Others will tell you to trade in your phone to Uber and get a different phone from them. Wasn't going to happen. It gave me a headache.

Trade your phone in lmao I have the newest s7 what can then even give me that's better. How about they stop messing with what works. For a tech company their product seems to get worse by the update. Outside of the update glitch I have an issue with the ratings tab. The cancelation and acceptance percentages bounce from 1 percent increases to the normal 2. Because it keep trying to calculate from last 37 to past 119 and everywhere in between.

I installed an update yesterday, restarted my phone and suddenly could not accept stacked pings or use the navigation button. Really sucks how bad this company is at delivering software that works!
