If a Driver or Passenger hits the "Sue Us" button and enters a complaint, Uber will most likely do all they can to keep you from participating in one of the dozen class-action suits in progress, or prevent you from starting one. The company will try to "work it out" on an individual basis.

There are so many legal actions being taken against Uber in countries all over the world, that it's starting to really tarnish the Uber global image.
