Respectfully, I have neither failed you nor am I serving any special interests. Professional licenses are always on renewal schedules. If the TLC current plan is wrong or if there is an undue financial burden, which we know is not the case given earnings, then we can revisit the fee structure. The License does not come at a one time initial cost in perpetuity. Please and kindly familiarize yourself with the TLC rules. Please read our correspondences to all Licensees. The TLC conducted a months long survey with respect to the renewal course. The course was structured on Licensee feedback and your accusations that we are unethical are seriously offensive and incredibly disrespectful. Our doors are open should you wish to engage in a civil and respectful dialogue by scheduling time to properly converse with us. In the interim, be safe and drive well. Sincerely, Aloysee

"We are happy to answer your questions, which are not at all offensive. However, your initial tone and accusations were offensive and unhelpful. You can disagree policies without saying things like someone has failed you, which is an incredibly rude way to converse with someone. There were no bogus surveys. In fact, several thousand Licensees provided input on the course. Also, clarifying that the TLC does not collect any of the fees for the course. You have provided feedback and I am listening to it and considering it along with the feedback received from others. I always find it better to meet with people. We do not conduct business on social media. Please expect a response to your questions via a formal email since you are indicating that you do not want to schedule time to speak with us. Thank you and have a good day."

I got an answer from them too. I need to write an email so they can contact me directly. I'm curious to ask about these surveys and if they can show us. Drivers are worry, like every body about the earnings and not this bullshit courses.
