Still trying to find the elusive surges. Any advice for the area? I'm concerned about trips into NYC as I'm not licensed to pick up there and don't want to get stuck.

It would be great to connect with other drivers in the area.

Thanks but I'll take my chances winging it. I'm just hoping to clear an extra $150/week working nights & weekends. I'm not delusional about getting rich in this racket.

No you won't get rich doing uber, are you doing uber NJ? If so then you won't have any problems going into nyc, because as soon as you end the trip, the app will go offline, so no fares pick-ups on your way back, I go back online in nyc to track the. Hours I'm putting in, and I've never gotten a request while in the city.

Yeah my fear is picking up a PAX in NJ wanting to be dropped at JFK or LaGuardia. Then I'm stuck fighting traffic for 2 hours trying to get back to Jersey while having to eat the cost of the toll coming back through Manhattan.
