New "Must Read and Accept" Message

Went to log in to my app and had the dreaded "you must read and accept". I tried to access the message and the app interpreted that as actually accepting it. I have no idea what was on it.
Has anyone else gotten that today? If so, can you clue me as to what it was?

Probably something to the effect that "Any driver that does not log on over the weekend of Oct. 16-18 will have their castration complex come to reality".
