They should take that money and spend it on a lower insurance deductible.
Lyft pissed me off today though. I accept a 100% pt request in Kendall and after driving 5 mins a few blocks away it changes the pickup to a different person in the back bay. Like hell nah am I not getting a cancellation fee on that one.
Good point you brought this up,because I never thought about the cancellation fee when they switch the rides after we drive more than 2 minutes. From now on if they do I’m going to request a cancellation fee.
