I wonder what's up the sleeves of new transport minister Mr "Fixit Khaw" concerning app-taxi regulations?
How private company developers / property agents is facing currently when this fellow took over the post will be how it going to impact on transportation business I guess. Personally I don't expect much and will prepare for the "BEST" .

Any thoughts to share?
After 1 week of driving, i feel that unless you are planning to do uber full time (at least 50 hrs per week), you are better off trying to get a job that pays $6-8/hr.
Driving your own car part time (around 20 hours/week) is rather pointless i feel as you will not earn a significant amount and run the risk of riders damaging/dirtying your car.

With the incentive continue to decrease, i feel that renting a car to uber may soon be unsustainable, or at least unprofitable, for most of us other than those that drive 70 hours or more a week.

And with the increasing number of drivers joining the trade, uber better be able to attract many more new riders or everything will go downhill very soon.
