Many black cab drivers are single and don't cook at home. They stop by those famous green kiosks to throw in some mega calorie pie, mash, chips, lasagne, curry, etc. into their gob and carry on sitting on the rank puffing on a *** and reading The Sun. Those pounds and stones pile on really fast with a diet like that and if you add a few beers after work followed by a takeaway or frozen meal then this charmer is still quite a lean mean BC machine!
Can happen to anyone, be careful and look after yourself. Obesity and diabetes go hand in hand.
Eat plenty of fibre and protein, go easy on carbs, minimise sugar intake and exercise 2-3 times a week. Doing long hours behind the wheel can destroy your health and no money is worth it. Take a 10-20 min walk after 4-5 hours driving, your back end will be happy cheeks :rolleyes:
