They found an old "driving with a suspended" from 1996. I'm changing cities to a city in Florida. Been driving for 7-months.

Any cause for concern for THAT far back?

I don't know, are they still letting you drive? Depending on where it was, driving while suspended may be considered a criminal charge, which is why it may be going back that far, as opposed to just a traffic thing which wouldn't go back that far.

I signed up for Uber and the background check company sees the issue date of 6/26/2015, the renewal date on my license and wants me to prove that I have been driving for at least a year. I'm 58 ****ing years old you morons. This is the wonderful personal touch from Uber. All the personality of a cold email. I guess in the background check they didn't see that I have a a CDL class B with a motorcycle endorsement, owned my own limo company for 12 years and have been driving a taxi in Vegas for 10 years, and amazingly I did that all without a license. Hello. They told me if my driving record, which I provided, had an infraction listed in the history then that would have proven that I didn't just start driving in June. Excuse me for driving a taxi in Vegas for 10 years, violation free!! That's not good enough.
