Hello I have a question... I’m trying to drive for Uber using the rental car!
All is going well then the background check came in saying there is a Battery physical contact misdemeanor on my background and it was stricken off leave this was from 2012 will this affect me from being able to drive for Uber?

If you go to a greenlight hub you will realize they have no time for phone calls as they are so busy signing up new "entrepreneurs".

It may not depends what month it happened in. 7 years has to pass all the way before you are even considered. I have a friend who was referred 3 times finally approved one month after 7 years passed. But then again theirs was a theft charge and not violent.

I think you can apply to seal it off at the court.

You can still try and drive however not sure since December hasn't rolled around yet.. doesn't hurt to try and if it doesn't work there are plenty of other services you can try

The post police on UP are becoming more like cops in Beverly Hills; there's really no serious crime to be found so they look for things to do in the hope of turning molehills into mountains. Too bad if some of you guys missed it. It was funny as heck. ?
