It's jumping between 1.5 and 1.9 all morning because apparently there is such a high demand, but only myself and one other car are servicing Chester Co right now and aren't getting a single ping. If there's enough demand for a surge how is it the only two drivers online aren't getting a single fare?

I sure would like to know the answer too b/c this has happened to me several times while in a respective surge zone with not many drivers, so if anyone can shed some light on this thread please do!
