[Update]

Hi all,,

Has anybody had any problems recently regarding updating vehicle information.
I've just been trying to update my documents add a new vehicle on uber.
Uber have changed the layout asked of today and it s*#t. You can not enter expiry date as the box dose't recognise number it's a complete joke this new layout.

If anyone is having the same problems please sure your experience.

Make sure you never just upload your new insurance card. Paste the new card on top of the expiring card so they see both or they will suspend you until the new one takes effect.

I suffered CSR's who can't comprehend that it can take 30 days to get your title if you are transferring your old plates. Until that time, your purchase agreement serves as your title (In Ohio). They refused to take it, and I had to go buy temp plates so a temp title could be issued and I could drive while waiting for my permanent title.

Tim in Cleveland's post about insurance cards is smart. I wondered what would happen because I have a renewal coming up and already have a new proof of insurance card to provide.
