I have calculated that my disposable income from Uber driving so far this year has been $10/hr
To rent a Kia from Splend for 6 weeks is $315 /week.
This means I would have to work about 2 days more than using my own vehicle, before I started to earn for myself.
So renting a Kia Sportage through Splend is not for me at the moment.

Working a 40hr week the Splend Kia would roughly cost $190 more than using my own vehicle.
Kah Chère, do your calculations take into account the benefit of private use of the Splend Kia (particularly if it replaces your current car) and the additional income available from investing the capital sum that would otherwise be used to purchase a car (depreciation)?

Driving a Splend Kia Sportage would drop my estimated disposable income from $10/hr to $6/hr over a 40 hr week but would have the advantage of having a car for personal use.
