Made a trip from Oakland to San Jose airport.
Trip never got credited to my account and three trips later all of my trips are present besides it. Is there an ongoing error or what?
And how do I go about telling support about it? It doesn’t show up on my app but they’ve got to have a way to see the trip took place, no?
