Looks like a bike lane to me

There's bikes painted on the asphalt

I had one do that coming towards me in Dtla near lil tokyo a human cruise missile lol I came within 2ft of getting hit. One of the many reasons I hate working dtla

Nah lol that russling sound is my dash cam, its taken a turn for the worse, its fine on battery but when connected to power it produces all kinds of sounds, the pax was super cool guy
