Sort of hoping this was a prank video. Driver definitely shouldn't or isn't a driver . Gives new meaning to Neanderthal . Pax?? With a guy going mental she should have ran for her life not escalate the situation. Not to mention most hospitals have signs for admin and ER entrances. So I vote for prank Video if not this guy needs to be put on stronger meds. And anger management

The rider wanted to go to the emergency room at the hospital. This dimbulb takes her to the administration entrance based on the destination entered by the passenger. Rider insisted in the ER and Mr. Emotionally Stable worked himself up into a froth over this.
Didn't he say it was illegal for taxis and Ubers to drop at the ER? I've never heard that one before. I know some hospitals have a drive up door for the ER and a separate deal for ambos.

If she's going to the ER, there's a parking lot by the ER. Take her there. Problem solved.

Incidentally, I've been caught on video telling a pax to get out. Pax was drunk and sitting in the front seat. Here's what happened:

Started at five stars
1) Third party pickup. Apparently he was too drunk for his friends.
2) yelled out the window at some kids with cops there. Minus star.
Told pax not to do that.
3) yelled out window at girls in front of Parker. Told him again not to that, rolled up windows and locked them. Minus star.
4) Pax is stupid drunk and kind of touchy-feels, asking me for a hug while driving.
5) Pax gets there, gives me a five spot, plus two stars
6) pax refuses to get out, starts snap chatting and takes a snap of me telling him to get out, minus four stars.

It's not that simple. I find it hard to believe the driver lost his cool over that. Something else must have happened or something said and it's not on video. Customer service is a tough job.

If I acted like that every time I dropped someone off at the destination that uber said was it I would I literally self combusted many times ... When going to a big building, apartment complex, establishment with multiple entrances I always ask the pax where they would like to be dropped off. Plus with all the shore renters not sure if there house number half the time their destination is just a street.

Who told you the dude didn't ask?? Maybe the lady cut him off and said just follow GPS. Speaking from experience. You don't know the exchange of words before this video.

#4 should be minus a star, maybe 2.. no touchy-feely the driver, and no hugging. I'm here to make money not friends..

At that point he was already at 3 stars. I almost never 1-star people and any bad behavior in the car is erased by tipping. Plus it was also a third party pickup. I wasn't about to bomb the friend until he started snapping me without my permission.

Perhaps condescending and rude but is it better to take literally a minute and take her to the ER or blow your lid like that ... If I get rude passengers I just tell myself I'm making money and in a few minutes they will only be a good laugh with my friends then forgotten

I had one stupid pax one time and she was telling me to falow the gps then make a right here , make a left here, etc. I asked her clearly: do you want me to falow the gps or you give me directions? She said ok just falow the GPS. After 2 min again make a right/left right here. I got crazy. I told her to decide what she want to do because I can't drive like that and she will have to get another car because I will drop her off right away. Finally she decide to let me falow the GPS. I was in the suburbs and I did not know very well the area. She almost got me to scream at her.
